One of the most common questions I am asked is “Why would a pregnant woman go see a chiropractor?”. The real question is: “Why would a pregnant woman NOT see a chiropractor?!?”. Chiropractic care is a proactive step to improve the health of you and your baby throughout pregnancy.

Chiropractic care ensures that the master control system of your body, the nervous system, is working properly so that you can be as healthy as possible during your pregnancy. By maintaining a well functioning nervous system, your body is better able to adapt to the physical and hormonal stressors that pregnancy demands.

I started seeing Dr Savy around 22 weeks, 2 times per week.  When my 2nd baby was breech, I started seeing a chiropractor for the Webster Technique but it was too late at that point.  I was so tight in my low abdomen and hips, that I believe the baby didn't have space to turn down.  I wanted to make sure all was open this go around.   I loved this process because it's more than just the adjustment.  The hip rotation chair was the most wonderful part of the process. The first day I did this, I felt all the tightness and webbing on the low belly and pelvis release completely.  Then to set the adjustment, you spend 7 minutes on the spinal massage table.  The whole experience was wonderful and contributed to an easy pregnancy with little to no discomfort at all. 

Baby #3 is head down and ready to make an appearance any day now.

As within, so without.  As above, so below.  

Is your juice bar ORGANIC?  Or are they organic 'when possible'?  Either you get an organic delivery or you don't.   At Dtox Organic Juice and Junk, we are all organic, all the time.  If we can't find organic, we delete the ingredient until we can.  Know what you're paying for! It's important.  

What is the transparency at your juice bar?  Can you look in their cooler and see their produce?
