Water
Drink plenty of agua. If you increase your daily intake of water, your body will begin to shed its excess fat, including the fat stored as cellulite. The water will also help strengthen the collagen in your skin, helping to reduce the lumpy look. Drink half your body weight in ounces each day. We have a reverse osmosis water filtration system and I keep a pitcher full of lemon for the family to drink each day. If you want to alkalize the water even more, add pH drops and test it. I also add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
